The conference to be held in Serena International Conference, Centre, Kampala Uganda organized by ILICIT Africa has attracted exciting conference papers, presentations and technical sessions from some of the seasoned industry thought leaders globally notably Jeff McKenna, the President Emeritus Open Source Geospatial Foundation.
